DASAPT 4.1.6: Saxey diagram and indexing

Mass spectrum

• Saxey diagram plots multi-hit ion pairs. Drag a box to zoom, or set the X and Y mass-to-charge ranges separately.
• The color bar range is adjustable. Bins with no counts use the low end of the color scale.
• Two buttons show the RRNG element peaks on the X axis, the Y axis, or both.
• Right-click the diagram to copy it, or export PNG, CSV, or a layered PDF.
• Indexing opens the periodic table from H to Og, including the lanthanides and actinides. Every element can be selected.
• Generate RRNG writes every peak in the list into a range file.
• Right-click the mass spectrum to copy the figure, export the data, or set Arial axis fonts. The wheel over one axis zooms that axis.

Cube

• Show gimbal hides the handles. The cube frame stays.
• Each saved cube has its own show checkbox.
• A cube filter keeps only the ions inside the cube.

Also in this build

• The project name is shown on the status bar.
• Right-click a Kingham diagram to export CSV.
