Cube

• Draw a box in the reconstruction, then drag and rotate it.
• Save several cubes. New adds another box.
• Apply can align X, Y, and Z with the three edges of the cube.
• The checkbox beside Cube hides atoms outside the box. Iso surface, marching phase, and volume map still use the whole reconstruction.

Marching phase

• Saved phases keeps more than one phase. Check a row to show it.
• Several phases can be visible together. The list is saved with the project.

Projects

• Opening a project shows the saved iso surfaces and marching phases. It does not recalculate them.

Python

• Python is on the menu. x, y, z, m, and the other loaded fields are listed as variables.
• The installer includes Python 3.11 with numpy, pandas, scipy, and matplotlib. More packages can be installed from the editor.

RRNG library

• Sign in to search, download, or contribute range files. Generate builds a range from the elements you pick.
• Full range sets the ion filter to the whole reconstruction.
